When I am recruited for a board position, I wish to participate by actively putting my competencies into use. Through the years, I have been member of several board of Directors as well as being the sparring partner for many owners, managements, and boards.

Through a long career with experience from many different businesses, I have developed the ability to spot a company’s unrealized potential and help release and develop it.

A good development demands a steady basis and an amount of willingness to change from the management and owner of the company. I assist in this process by creating the overview and guidance to the company in areas such as development, sale, or expansion abroad.

Through my extensive personal network, I am furthermore able to assist upon contact with accountant, bank, insurance, and pension. With me as your board member, you will also get in-debt competencies in areas such as employment law, compensations, HR, and GDPR.

My vast international experience add value to a company considering internationalisation.

Alternatively, I can be a member of a Danish subsidiary of an international company and in that position handle and protect the foreign owner’s interests in Denmark.

Experience with both board and company development
I have experience from former board positions, which among other things gave me insight in strategy restoring and international negotiations.

With my background as an accountant and a business manager / CEO / owner, I am happy to advise the owner of the company in his or her personal economic matters. This way I can support in relation to holding company, living expenses, work life and living conditions – especially in relation to company structure, sales plans and generational change.
